Can I return an item(s)?

We do make every effort possible through description and images to accurately and correctly represent the items offered for sale at  However, if on receipt of your delivery you decide that you would like to return an item(s), you may do so by contacting to arrange return authorisation. Upon authorisation we will provide you with our return address, you will be required to arrange your own return and we recommend using a tracker service. Items returned without an authorisation will most likely result in delayed processing. The cost of returning goods is at your expense. On receipt of the returned item(s) in a re-sellable condition, complete with individual product packing as sold, a full refund of the cost of the product(s) will be made back to your Paypal account or credit/debit card from which the original payment was made. Please allow 5 working days for a refund to be processed. No other refunds can be given. 

Can I cancel my order?

You have the statutory right to cancel your complete order within 14 days from the date of the physical receipt of your order for a full product refund. You will however be responsible for the return shipping costs and you must retain proof of shipping. You then have 14 days from date of your cancellation to return the complete order in its original packaging. This right does not extend to cancellation of part orders or orders not returned in their original packaging and re-sellable condition. Again all refunds will be made back to the Paypal account or debit/credit card from which the payment was first made.

What do I do if an item is faulty?

If you wish to return an item(s) for a refund in accordance with your consumer rights, please contact to arrange a return authorisation, some conditions apply. Please contact to arrange a return authorisation. Please note that where it is necessary for inspection of faulty items at, processing and reporting can take 30 days from receipt of the item.
